What you should know about Monster Muffin
Monster Muffin (the clothing line not the skater/designer) was born in 2004 and has been emerging from the underground fashion scene ever since. Today she is co-captain of the Striking Vikings (RDD's A team) and runs the endurance classes once a week. After a few months of getting to know more about this incredible sport she joined the Renegade Derby Dames in Alliston, Ontario. A few years later roller derby was introduced to her and she fell in love not only with the sport and the fashion but most importantly the people. At first the collection was alternative street attire and lots and lots of custom made clothing. Designer Lori Peltonen first started the line immediately after graduating from the Fashion Techniques and Design program at George Brown College in Toronto. When not in her studio sewing she is on the track or at least beside one set up with her booth o' awesomeness.
